Grate the lemon zest with a fine grater. Then cut off the white flesh and slice it into half-moons.
- Lemon: 2 pieces

Put lemons in a punch bowl, sprinkle with mint leaves and zest. Pour with sugar syrup and let sit for 15 minutes.

- Sugar syrup: 100 ml
