Coffee-vodka liqueur is a harmonious blend of vodka's strength and coffee's rich aroma, complemented by sweetness and a subtle hint of vanilla. This drink has its roots in the tradition of making homemade liqueurs, where simple ingredients transform into something amazing. Its thick, enveloping taste with a slight bitterness makes it perfect for leisurely evenings. The liqueur can be served chilled, used in cocktails, or added to desserts for depth of flavor. The recipe's feature lies in its simplicity and quick preparation: just a few steps and the drink is ready to infuse. After a night in the fridge, it achieves the perfect balance of aromas, unfolding with each sip. An ideal choice for coffee and strong drink lovers.

1
Take a small pot, pour half a glass of boiled water into it, and add a glass of sugar. Put it on the fire, bring it to a boil, then add vanillin to the syrup. Note that you shouldn't delay these processes too much to prevent excessive evaporation of water. Also, don't forget to stir the drink constantly.
- Water: 0.5 tablespoon
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Vanillin: 0.5 teaspoon
2
After that, we add vodka to the pot, heat the contents a bit more, and then add coffee. Note that coffee should only be added after vodka; otherwise, the drink won't turn out.
- Vodka: 0.5 l
- Instant coffee: 4 teaspoons
3
We heat the drink a little more, then remove it from the heat. We let it cool completely.

Once it has completely cooled, pour it into the desired container and place it in a dark cold place (like a refrigerator) for a few hours. Better yet, leave it overnight to steep well.
