East India Cocktail
1 serving
3 minutes
According to one version, this cocktail was drunk in the second half of the century before last in the London club East India, where employees of the East India Company gathered. But the fact is indisputable that its recipe first appeared on paper in 1882 in the book by the American mixologist Harry Johnson "New and Improved Bartender's Manual". And then, instead of raspberry syrup, pineapple syrup was used.
