Compote made from frozen berries is a classic drink of Russian cuisine that carries the warmth of home comfort. Its simplicity makes it accessible to everyone, while the natural ingredients preserve the purity of taste. Frozen berries, whether raspberries, currants or strawberries, give the drink a rich, slightly sour flavor that harmonizes with the sweetness of sugar. During cooking, the berries release their aroma, filling the home with summer notes even in winter's cold. This compote is perfect for quenching thirst and accompanies family lunches or simply refreshes throughout the day. It can be served warm for warming up or chilled as a refreshing drink. Many love to experiment by adding mint or lemon to create new flavor nuances. Compote is part of traditions that connect generations through the taste of childhood and home warmth.
