Grind the sprouts.

Place in a 2-3 liter jar or bottle.

Fill with water and cover with cheesecloth to allow it to breathe.
- Water: 6 glasss
- Wheat sprouts: 0.5 glass

Leave it for 3 days.

The drink will be ready in 4 days (sooner in hot weather).
