To prepare this drink, you will need a large bunch of tarragon, lemon, lime, and sugar.
- Fresh tarragon: 200 g
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Lime: 1 piece
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Thyme should be washed well and torn into large pieces.

Add half a glass of boiled cold water, lemon and lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and mash everything well with a muddler or blend the herbs in a blender.

Then strain the juice and squeeze the greens well.

Dilute the prepared juice with cold boiled water to the desired consistency (approximately juice to water 1/4) and, if needed, add sugar to taste. Serve the drink in a glass with ice cubes, a sprig of mint, and a teaspoon of honey.
