Wash the cranberries. Set aside a handful of berries, mash the rest in a bowl or strain through a sieve.
- Cranberry: 200 g

Transfer the resulting cranberry puree to cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice. Place the cranberry pulp in a saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Strain the broth and mix it with the cranberry juice. Add orange juice, cinnamon, sugar, and reserved berries. Stir and let it steep for an hour.
