Cut the lemon and apples into wedges.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Apple: 1 piece

Mix all ingredients in an enamel pot, add wine and brandy.
- Anise (star anise): 4 pieces
- Red dry wine: 0.7 l
- Cognac: 40 ml
- Raisin: 80 g
- Brown sugar: 70 g
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Carnation: 10 pieces

Heat to about 80 degrees, turn off the heat, and let it sit covered for about 5 minutes.
