Freshly squeezed carrot, celery and tomato juice
1 serving
5 minutes
Freshly squeezed juice from carrots, celery, and tomatoes is an elixir of vitality and health that captivates with its brightness and rich flavor. The root sweetness of carrots harmoniously blends with the slight bitterness of celery and the gentle acidity of tomatoes, creating a fresh, balanced drink. This juice is widely used as a refreshing morning start or a vitamin boost throughout the day. In European cuisine, such drinks are valued for their naturalness and health benefits. Historically, fresh juices were a privilege of the nobility, but today anyone can enjoy their taste. The uniqueness of this recipe lies in its simplicity and quick preparation: just a few minutes and you have a glass of pure energy from nature, packed with vitamins and antioxidants.

1
We wash the vegetables and dry them. We cut off all the extra leaves from the celery stalk. They are not needed.
2
We load half of all the carrots into the juicer (young ones sold in bunches at the market are best, if not, use any other but estimate the amount based on its juiciness), then half of the tomatoes and half a stalk of celery.
- Young carrots: 6 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes: 12 pieces
- Celery stalk: 1 piece
3
We mix the result with a spoon.
4
In the same glass, we pass the second half of the carrot, tomatoes, and the remaining part of the celery stalk.
- Young carrots: 6 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes: 12 pieces
- Celery stalk: 1 piece
5
We pass a bit of parsley through the juicer.
- Parsley: to taste
6
Stir the juice again with a spoon.
