Cold Citrus Tea

Cold citrus tea is a refreshing drink that combines the bitterness of green tea with bright notes of citrus fruits. Its roots trace back to European culinary traditions, where such cold beverages became popular due to their tonic properties. The taste of this tea is harmonious: the sweetness of orange and the acidity of lemon balance the slight bitterness of grapefruit, creating a rich palette of shades. Ice makes it especially refreshing, while fruit pieces add a textural twist. Ideal for a hot day, it quenches thirst and provides an energy boost. It can be served as a standalone drink or alongside light summer dishes. This tea not only delights with its flavor but also fills one with a sense of freshness and comfort.
