Orange drink is a fresh and vibrant citrus flavor in every sip. Its preparation is a whole ritual: the orange is first frozen and then finely chopped to reveal all its aromatic notes. The drink has a slight acidity from citric acid, while sugar adds softness and balance. This refreshing drink quenches thirst wonderfully, especially on hot days. Wash the orange, scald with boiling water to remove bitterness, dry it, and place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. It can be cut into 4 pieces beforehand.
- Oranges: 1 piece

Take the orange out of the freezer and grind it through a meat grinder or food processor.

Pour the obtained mass into 750 ml of boiled water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Water: 2250 ml

Strain everything through a colander, then through 4 layers of cheesecloth.

Add 250 grams of sugar, 7 grams of citric acid, and the remaining 1500 ml of water to the strained juice.
- Sugar: 250 g
- Citric acid: 7 g
- Water: 2250 ml

Pour into a glass container, let it steep for an hour, and then you can try it.
