Non-alcoholic mojito with soda is a refreshing and invigorating drink that comes from sunny Spain. This cocktail combines the freshness of mint, the tartness of lime, and the pleasant sweetness of sugar syrup, complemented by playful bubbles of soda. Legend has it that mojito was the favorite drink of writer Ernest Hemingway, and although the original version contains rum, this non-alcoholic variant is equally flavorful. It’s perfect for hot summer days, parties, and friendly gatherings, providing a sense of coolness and enjoyment. Served in a tall glass with ice, garnished with mint leaves and a slice of lime, while a straw enhances the taste even more.

1
Everything is very simple. Take a beautiful glass for mojito and put sugar (one or two teaspoons, depending on preference) in it.
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
2
Then we squeeze lime juice into a glass, which should be cut into 4 wedges.
- Lime: 2 pieces
3
Next is mint. It needs to be torn - this way it will release more juice.
- Fresh mint: to taste
4
Now all of this should be crushed with a wooden spoon — lime and mint combined with sugar will give a pleasant aroma and release juice.
- Fresh mint: to taste
5
Put ice in a glass and pour in a fizzy drink like Sprite or Schweppes. Finally, you can decorate the glass with mint leaves and a small slice of lime. Don't forget the straw! It tastes better that way ;)
- Ice: to taste
- Carbonated water: to taste
- Fresh mint: to taste
- Lime: 2 pieces
