Brazilian lemonade

Brazilian lemonade is a refreshing and unusual drink that embodies the spirit of sunny Brazil. Unlike traditional lemonade, its base is lime, which gives a bright tartness and freshness to the flavor. A key feature of the recipe is the addition of condensed milk, which softens the acidity of the lime, creating a creamy texture and light sweetness. This drink is often served on hot days to cool down and enjoy tropical aromas. Its origin story is not entirely clear, but it has become a favorite in Brazilian home cooking and gained popularity far beyond the country's borders. Brazilian lemonade is perfect for summer parties and picnics, and its simplicity in preparation makes it accessible even for beginners.

1
Cut the limes into 4 pieces and place them in a blender. Add 4 cups of water, sugar, and condensed milk. Blend until the limes are in small pieces.
- Lime: 3 pieces
- Water: 5 glass
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Condensed milk: 3 tablespoons
2
Strain through a sieve and squeeze out the juice. Pour into a pitcher and slowly add the remaining water, checking the sugar amount (you may not add all of it). It's better to pour the water into the pitcher through a sieve with lime remnants to wash away the leftover juice and sugar.
- Water: 5 glass
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
