Champagne and Blood Orange Cocktail

Cut one orange in half. Then cut each half into 6 pieces. Peel the remaining 2 oranges and cut off the white pith, then chop into small pieces and place in a bowl. Mash them with a wooden spoon, then add gin, sugar, and Angostura bitters. Strain and squeeze the pulp well. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Blood oranges: 3 pieces
- Gin: 1.5 glass
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Angostura: 0.5 teaspoon

Pour 2 tablespoons of the prepared mixture into 12 champagne glasses, then fill the glasses with chilled champagne. Garnish with sliced orange.
