Herbal tea is not just a drink but a true symphony of flavors and aromas that takes us to warm summer evenings in the Russian countryside. This beverage, rooted in Russian culinary traditions, combines the freshness of mint, the tenderness of raspberry and currant leaves, and the softness of lemon balm. Brewed in pure water, it fills with a rich herbal bouquet that offers harmony and tranquility. The taste of the tea is soft and slightly sweet with subtle hints of herbal infusion. It warms wonderfully in winter and refreshes in summer, especially when complemented with linden honey and brown sugar. Herbal tea not only delights the palate but also possesses healing properties that strengthen immunity and help relax after a busy day.
