Put cherries in the pot.
- Frozen cherries: 300 g

Add currant.
- Frozen blackcurrants: 125 g

Add honeysuckle.
- Honeysuckle: 100 g

Add hibiscus to the pot.
- Hibiscus: 50 g

Peel and thinly slice the ginger.

Add ginger to the other ingredients.

Squeeze a piece of lemon into the pot and add it to the berries.

Pour in water and put on high heat.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.

Add mint and simmer for 15 minutes.
