Berry mors is a fragrant and refreshing drink from Russian cuisine that combines the sweet-and-sour notes of forest berries. Its history traces back to the traditions of old Russian estates where mors was served as a tonic drink. Blackcurrant adds a slight tartness, raspberry brings sweetness, sea buckthorn offers a delicate sourness, and cherry fills it with a rich flavor. This drink not only delights the taste buds but is also a true treasure trove of vitamins that strengthen the immune system. It refreshes wonderfully in the heat and warms and energizes during cold weather. Mors can be served as an independent drink or paired with baked goods to create a cozy atmosphere for family gatherings.
