Cherry Yogurt

Cherry yogurt is a delicate and refreshing dessert filled with juicy notes of ripe cherries. This recipe combines the rich flavor of Greek yogurt with a light creaminess and sweetness from caramelized berries, subtly accented by vanilla. The cherries are roasted in a dry pan to reveal their depth of flavor and then mixed with yogurt and cream to create a smooth and airy texture. Erythritol adds light sweetness without extra calories, making this dessert perfect for those watching their diet. Cherry yogurt can be served as a morning smoothie, a light snack, or an elegant addition to breakfast. It provides a feeling of freshness and enjoyment, especially in the summer season when the berries reach their peak sweetness.
