Green pea syringe

Prepare lemonade from green peas. Pour water into a pot, add thyme, sugar, and bring to a boil.
- Water: 500 ml
- Fresh thyme: 50 g
- Sugar: 50 g

Remove from heat and let it steep under the lid for five minutes.

Remove the thyme, strain the syrup, let it cool.

Put the syrup in the fridge to cool completely.

Chop the cucumbers randomly and place them in the blender.

Add peas, pour in syrup, and chop.
- Green peas: 300 g
- Cucumbers: 100 g
- Water: 500 ml

Strain the resulting mixture and add lemon juice to taste.
- Lemon juice: to taste

Pour into the siphon and carbonate.

Pour lemon vodka, honey liqueur, and 60 ml of pea lemonade into a glass (highball) with ice (the remaining lemonade can be used for cocktails or simply enjoyed with ice).
- Lemon vodka: 40 ml
- White dry sparkling wine: 60 ml
- Honey liqueur: 25 ml

Stir the cocktail with a bar spoon, fill the glass to the top with cold sparkling wine, and serve.
