First, you need to prepare the jam. Cut the yuzu into cubes and send it to the saucepan.
- Yuzu: 100 g

Add honey and sugar.

Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to minimum.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool. Yuzu jam is ready.

Mix matcha, peach syrup, jam, and coconut milk.

- Peach syrup: 10 g
- Coconut milk: 130 ml
- Yuzu: 100 g
