    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Mix heavy and 10% cream, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir well.

    Add vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and anise. Bring to a gentle boil and stir constantly to prevent the milk from burning.

    Reduce the heat to minimum and continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Then use the ice cream maker following the instructions. Prepare the ice cream and place it in a container, then put it in the freezer overnight.

    Take out the ice cream 10 minutes before serving to let it soften a bit.

    Chill the tall glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Add a few scoops of ice cream to it. Carefully pour the cola into the glass. Stir gently and serve.
