Soak orange peels with the white part for 24 hours in a 0.5 L jar with cold boiled water and citric acid.
- Oranges: 3 pieces
- Citric acid: 3 teaspoons
- Water: 3.5 l

Put the jar in the refrigerator.

Then bring the sugar with the remaining amount of water to a boil.
- Sugar: 1.5 glass

Cool the syrup, grind the peels from the jar through a meat grinder. Keep the liquid in the jar.
