Mulled wine with grapefruit and pink pepper
1 serving
15 minutes
Grapefruit and pink pepper mulled wine is a harmony of warmth, spices, and citrus freshness. This drink originates from European winter holiday traditions where it warmed and filled with coziness. Red wine infused with the aroma of star anise and cloves gains depth and spiciness from pink pepper. Grapefruit adds a slight bitterness that balances the sweetness of fruits and spices. This mulled wine not only warms but also has a refined taste, making it an ideal choice for winter evenings. It pairs wonderfully with baked goods, soft cheeses, and honey desserts, creating a warm dining atmosphere. It is best served in thick glass mugs to enjoy the color and aroma of the drink.
