Ginger Mojito

The tart taste of ginger is never superfluous in refreshing summer mixes. Of course, you can skip the fresh root and simply dilute the cocktail with ginger tonic, but such a magical mixture as mojito deserves a more individual approach. In addition, sugar dissolves in hot ginger infusion in just a couple of seconds - and now you have a live ginger syrup of your own making. It is quite possible that children will find the ginger version a bit harsh in taste. Just explain to them that mojito is an adult drink. And adults should take note that the ginger version is very good with alcohol, and not only with the classic mojito rum, but also with tequila.
