Purity Cocktail

A cocktail with rose wine, fruity and light. Plus berry gin and a little vodka for dryness, and strawberries, thyme and grapefruit, which are responsible for the fruitiness, but do not affect the dryness, and grenadine for color. This is the balance of this cocktail. Andrey Osipov, head bartender at Pioner Cafe (Yalta), shared the recipe with us.

Ingredients

• Dry pink wine: 125 ml
• Vodka: 30 ml
• Raspberry Gin: 20 ml
• Lime juice: 10 ml
• Grenadine: 10 ml
• Strawberry: 25 g
• Grapefruits: 30 g

Cooking steps

1. Add rosé wine, vodka, berry gin, lime juice, and grenadine to a mixing glass half-filled with ice and mix.

   Required ingredients:

   • Dry pink wine: 125 ml
   • Vodka: 30 ml
   • Raspberry Gin: 20 ml
   • Lime juice: 10 ml
   • Grenadine: 10 ml

2. Place slices of strawberry and grapefruit in a wine glass, a layer of ice, add more strawberries and grapefruit, and a sprig of thyme.

   Required ingredients:

   • Strawberry: 25 g
   • Grapefruits: 30 g

3. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass.
