Separate the egg white from the yolk.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
- Lemon: 0.5 piece

Mix rum, vermouth, egg white in a shaker and gently shake.
- Captain Morgan Spiced Rum: 30 ml
- Red vermouth: 30 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add ice and mix more vigorously.
