Soak the semolina in kefir for 15-20 minutes.
- Kefir 3.2%: 100 ml
- Semolina: 2 tablespoons

Mix all the ingredients (if mixed in a blender, the cottage cheese becomes fluffy).
- Cottage cheese 9%: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: pinch
