Potato and pumpkin draniki are a fragrant combination of tender potato dough with a subtle sweet note of pumpkin. This dish has roots in Belarusian cuisine, where potato pancakes are a true culinary pride. The addition of pumpkin not only gives draniki a brighter flavor but also makes them soft and juicy. They pair wonderfully with sour cream, yogurt, or garlic sauce, while fresh herbs add a touch of freshness. Draniki can be served as a standalone dish or as a side to meat. Their appetizing crispy crust and tender texture inside make them a favorite treat for family dinners or cozy breakfasts.
