This sandwich is the quintessence of a cozy American breakfast, combining the tenderness of melted cheese, the spiciness of ham, and the freshness of juicy cherry tomatoes. The dish's roots trace back to American diner traditions where the skillful combination of simple ingredients creates true culinary masterpieces. A golden crispy toast fried in butter envelops a soft egg, giving the sandwich a delicate texture. The addition of mayonnaise and salsa enhances the flavor accents, turning it into a harmonious blend of creamy, salty, and slightly spicy notes. Frying in a milk-egg mixture gives it a light airiness, transforming an ordinary sandwich into a refined gastronomic experience. This hearty sandwich is the perfect start to the day, capable of energizing and providing a sense of homey comfort.

1
Heat a skillet (I have a grill pan) with a piece of butter, then take one slice of bread for toasting and cut out the middle. Place the toast in the skillet.
- Butter: 5 g
- Toast bread: 3 pieces
2
When the first toast is slightly toasted on one side, crack 1 egg into the empty center. Once the egg is cooked on one side, flip the toast and finish cooking on the other side.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
3
Take the second toast and spread it with mayonnaise and salsa sauce (or any other sauce to taste). Place a slice of ham on top.
- Homemade mayonnaise: 3 g
- Salsa sauce: 3 g
- Turkey ham: 30 g

Now we assemble the whole sandwich: we take a toast with ham, place our egg toast on top, then add sliced cherry tomatoes and cheese.
- Cherry tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Hard cheese: 30 g

We take a deep bowl, crack the second egg into it, and add some milk. Then we dip our assembled sandwich into this egg mixture and place it on the skillet. Fry for 2 minutes on each side! It results in a very hearty and tasty breakfast for two people.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: to taste
