Millet cutlets with cheese

Millet patties with cheese are a blend of simplicity and exquisite taste. Inspired by traditional European cuisine, they combine the tenderness of millet, the saltiness of cheese, and the spiciness of bacon to create a rich and harmonious flavor. A crispy golden crust hides a soft, aromatic filling inside, while a sour cream sauce with herbs and garlic adds fresh notes to the dish. The patties are perfect as a standalone dish for breakfast or dinner and also serve as a side for lunch. They can be served with a light vegetable salad or fresh herbs. This dish carries the coziness of home cooking and reminds one of warm family meals where every bite is filled with flavor and care.
