1
Toast sesame seeds in a hot pan, timing based on the first 'pops' of the seeds from the pan :)
- Black sesame seeds: 30 g
2
Preheat the oven to 130 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
3
Pour the dry ingredients into a deep container: oats, flax seeds, roasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, cane sugar, salt. Mix well.
- Oat flakes: 300 g
- Flax seeds: 50 g
- Black sesame seeds: 30 g
- Roasted Sunflower Seeds: 100 g
- Peeled roasted pumpkin seeds: 50 g
- Coconut flakes: 4 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Cane sugar: 150 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
4
Mix water, honey, and oil, pour into the container with nuts and oats. Stir thoroughly to ensure all dry ingredients are soaked.
- Vegetable oil: 70 ml
- Honey: 50 g
- Water: 70 ml
5
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, flatten it, and put it in the oven.
6
Bake the granola for 60-70 minutes, stirring the mixture occasionally. After the time is up, turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and let the granola 'rest' for 10-15 minutes. Then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Store in a dry place in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
