Without thawing, sauté the vegetable mix in butter until cooked. Let the filling cool slightly, place it on a board and chop it lightly. Add grated cheese, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Frozen vegetable mix: 200 g
- Butter: 40 g
- Gouda cheese: 70 g
- Sea salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Clean and grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Add an egg and flour to the potatoes, and salt.
- Potato: 6 pieces
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons

Preheat a non-stick skillet well and grease it with olive oil. Spread the potatoes in a thin layer over the entire surface of the skillet.

Once the potato is fried on the bottom, place the filling in the center and fold the draniki in half like a crescent.
- Gouda cheese: 70 g

Reduce the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes. When the cheese inside melts, you can remove the draniki from the heat. Serve the finished draniki with sour cream and herbs.
