Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the jam: 150-200 grams of cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, egg, vanilla to taste (optional). Mix well.
- Cottage cheese: 180 g
- Semolina: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanillin: to taste

We pour all this into silicone molds (or any microwave-safe dish), filling to the edges, the pudding will not rise.

Turn on the microwave at full power for 3 minutes, then leave it for 2 minutes (without opening the microwave). Then turn it on again for 2 minutes at the same power.
