Scottish Pancakes

Sift the flour with the baking powder and thoroughly mix the dry ingredients with salt and sugar.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

Whisk the eggs with milk until foam forms on the surface. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, knead a homogeneous dough, and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 300 ml

Grease the pan and the walls of a round cutter with a diameter of 7.5 cm with oil. Place the cutter on the pan, pour in 1/8 cup of batter, and fry on low heat until bubbles appear on the surface.

Quickly and sharply flip the cutout to the other side, run a knife along its walls, and release the pancake. Wait until it browns on the other side.
