Take a jar or container, or just a deep plate.

Pour the Hercules.
- Oat flakes: 20 g

Pour with milk and kefir (if you used a plate, use a spoon to 'submerge' the flakes in the liquid).
- Milk: 40 ml
- Kefir: 40 ml

You can sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, or replace it with sugar, cocoa, berries, fruits, or another sweetener you like.
- Ground cinnamon: pinch
