Microwave Granola Without Sugar

Sugar-free granola in the microwave is a quick and healthy breakfast inspired by American culinary traditions. Its history begins with mixtures of nuts and grains used by travelers and athletes for quick energy. This version has no sugar, but natural sweetness is achieved through honey and apple. The flavor is rich and intense due to the combination of oats, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon. Its light texture and crunch make granola a perfect addition to yogurt or fresh fruits. It takes just a few minutes to prepare in the microwave, making it a convenient option for a morning snack or quick on-the-go bite. It's best stored in a dry, dark place to maintain freshness and aroma.
