Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes

Vegan pancakes made from oat flour are a delicate and nutritious dish of Russian cuisine adapted for plant-based diets. Their history originates from traditional pancakes, but instead of eggs and regular milk, banana and almond milk are used here, giving the batter lightness and natural sweetness. Oat flour makes the pancakes not only airy but also healthy, rich in fiber and protein. The aroma of cinnamon adds warmth to the flavor, while coconut syrup adds a subtle caramel note. These pancakes are perfect for breakfast or a light snack, and their pleasant texture pairs well with both berries and nuts. They are delicious on their own but also pair wonderfully with plant-based yogurts and natural syrup.
