Baked egg with cheese in avocado

Baked egg in avocado with cheese is a dish where the creaminess of avocado combines with the rich flavor of baked egg and the spiciness of cheese. It's a perfect combination for those who appreciate unusual yet simple culinary solutions. This recipe may originate from modern European cuisine, where healthy and aesthetically presented dishes are popular. The creamy texture of avocado softens the taste of egg white, while melting cheese adds richness. It's a great snack or light breakfast that can be garnished with fresh herbs. The dish doesn't require complex ingredients but looks impressive and provides gastronomic pleasure. Try serving it with crispy toast or fresh vegetables to highlight the play of textures!

1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2
Wash the avocado thoroughly and cut it in half lengthwise around the pit. Hold it with both hands and twist to separate it into two halves. Remove the pit and carefully scoop out the cavity to fit a medium-sized chicken egg. Trim a bit of the skin to create a stable base for the avocado bowl. Place cheese and seasonings in the cavity. Put the avocado in a baking dish so that the halves stand upright and do not tilt.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Fill the holes with the whites. Make sure it doesn't spill out (I usually have some whites left). Season with salt and pepper and place in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven's characteristics and desired result).
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Very carefully add the yolk to the egg white. Be careful, it may slip! Add salt and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
