Eggs with toppings are a refined and cozy dish of European cuisine that combines classic simplicity with rich flavor. It's not just an egg but a true culinary masterpiece baked in molds with cream, aromatic cherry tomatoes, gooey mozzarella, and fresh basil. Its versatility allows for the addition of lightly salted salmon and green onions, adding tenderness and subtle zest. Baked in the oven until the yolk is just set, it retains a creamy texture and rich taste. This is the perfect breakfast or brunch that not only pleases the eye but also awakens the taste buds. Try experimenting with fillings to create your ideal combination.

1
We take portion molds that can be placed in the oven. As many as you have hungry mouths! :)
2
Grease the molds with butter. Fill with: cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil. Another filling option: lightly salted salmon (any red fish), cherry tomatoes, green onions. Cut as much as you need, but you must cover half of the mold!
- Butter: 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese: 50 g
- Basil: to taste
- Lightly salted salmon: 50 g
- Green onion with bulb: to taste
3
Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream (I have 25%)
- Cream 25%: 100 ml
4
Break the eggs (I have 3 each), salt, pepper, and add 2-3 more tablespoons of cream on top.
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Cream 25%: 100 ml
5
Place the molds in a deep baking dish and pour hot water into the latter halfway up the portion molds.
6
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C and place the dish inside. Bake for 10-15 minutes (ovens vary, so the time may differ). Bake until the yolk is just set.
