Wash the rice, salt it, add water, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes (until partially cooked).
- Brown rice: 1 glass
- Salt: pinch
- Water: 2.5 glasss

Add the peeled and diced pumpkin to the rice and let it simmer for another 20 minutes (until the rice is fully cooked).
- Pumpkin: 200 g

When the pumpkin softens and the water is fully absorbed, add rinsed raisins, grated carrot on a medium grater, cinnamon, sugar, and butter to the porridge. Stir.
