A simple omelet with sausages and tomatoes is a cozy and hearty dish, perfect for breakfast or a light dinner. The combination of tender eggs, juicy tomatoes, and appetizing sausages creates a rich and harmonious flavor. Historically, the omelet came to us from French cuisine, but its variations are popular worldwide. In this recipe, the combination of slightly caramelized onions and the creamy softness of the eggs plays a special role, giving the dish a unique tenderness. This omelet pairs excellently with fresh vegetables, herbs, or crispy bread. The quick preparation makes it an ideal choice for those who appreciate simplicity and taste. An indispensable option for a hearty start to the day or a cozy family dinner!

1
Finely chop the onion and send it to a heated pan with vegetable oil.
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
2
When the onion starts to brown, add sliced sausages (I always take good ones, from Klin). Stir and reduce the heat to medium.
- Sausages: 3 pieces
3
Chop half of the tomato finely and add it to the onion with sausages. Slice the remaining half of the tomato into thin slices.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
4
In a separate container, beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt using a fork. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and place tomatoes on top.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Milk: 0.5 glass
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
5
Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to the minimum. In 7-10 minutes, the omelet will be ready!
