Morning Oatmeal Banana Blueberry Pie

Morning pie with oats, bananas, and blueberries is a delicate and aromatic dish inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, where fresh fruits and natural ingredients play a key role. Its soft texture filled with caramelized bananas and juicy blueberries pairs wonderfully with crunchy walnuts. Honey and cinnamon add a light sweetness and warm, spicy aroma that makes every morning special. This pie is not only delicious but also nutritious due to the oats and natural ingredients. It can be served warm to enjoy the tenderness of the fruits and golden crust or left for a day to become even richer. An ideal treat for a cozy family breakfast!

1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Take a dish (I use a size of 25x15 cm) in which we will bake the pie. Line the bottom and sides with foil (if you have a ceramic dish, just grease it with a little oil — foil is not necessary).
2
Slice the bananas into rings and place them in a prepared dish. Add half of the blueberries, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of honey, and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes until the bananas are soft.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Blueberry: 1 glass
- Cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
- Honey: 3 tablespoons

Then, in a bowl, mix the oats, half of the walnuts, baking powder, and the remaining cinnamon, stirring everything together. In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining honey, milk, eggs, and vanillin.
- Oat flakes: 1 glass
- Walnuts: 20 g
- Cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Milk: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon

Take the bananas and blueberries out of the oven, sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Then evenly pour the milk mixture. Sprinkle with remaining blueberries and walnuts.
- Bananas: 2 pieces

Bake the pie for about 30 minutes, or until a golden-brown crust forms on top. For decoration, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
