Poached eggs in a bun are an elegant combination of simplicity and sophistication from French cuisine. This recipe features an airy, delicate egg carefully prepared using the poaching method and nestled in a soft, warm bun. The technique of cooking the egg in plastic wrap helps maintain its perfect shape and silky texture, while the bun serves not only as a convenient base but also as a delicious complement. The dish is delightful in its simplicity: when cutting the bun, the soft yolk flows smoothly, creating a harmony of flavors and textures. This treat is perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack, especially when paired with favorite spices that add depth to the flavor. Serve hot and enjoy every tender, creamy bite!
