Mash the cottage cheese well in a bowl, add flour, egg, sugar, coconut flakes and mix thoroughly. Shape the mixture into syrniki.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut flakes: 2 tablespoons
