Light cottage cheese casserole with cherries is a delicate and airy dish that is perfect for breakfast or dessert. Its roots go back to European cuisine, where cottage cheese casseroles are valued for their soft texture and rich flavor. Thanks to semolina and vanilla, the casserole acquires a velvety consistency and subtle aroma. The sweetness of the tender cottage cheese complements the light tartness of the cherries, creating a harmony of flavors. This dessert can be served warm or chilled, with honey or sour cream.
