Oatmeal pie with bananas and blueberries is a delicate and aromatic treat that brings the cozy warmth of home flavors. Inspired by European culinary traditions, it combines healthy ingredients with a soft texture and sweet fruity notes. Ripe bananas add richness to the pie, while juicy blueberries provide a slight tartness that harmonizes with fragrant cinnamon and the sweetness of honey. Oats create a pleasant density, and walnuts add a subtle crunch. This pie is perfect for breakfast, cozy tea time, or a healthy snack.

1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Take a dish (I use size 25x15 cm) for baking the pie. Line the bottom and sides with foil (if you have a ceramic dish, just grease it with oil — foil is not necessary).
2
Slice the bananas into rings and place them in a dish. Take half of the blueberries and place them on the bananas.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
- Blueberry: 200 g
3
Sprinkle with cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then take the oatmeal.
- Cinnamon: 0.8 teaspoon
- Honey: 3 tablespoons

In a bowl, mix the oats, half of the walnuts, baking powder, and the remaining cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, remaining honey, and vanillin with a mixer.
- Oat flakes: 60 g
- Walnuts: 20 g
- Cinnamon: 0.8 teaspoon
- Skim milk: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
5
Take the bananas with blueberries out of the oven. Sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Then pour the milk mixture over the oats, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Oat flakes: 60 g
- Skim milk: 200 ml
6
Sprinkle with the remaining blueberries and walnuts. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes (at the same temperature), or until a golden-brown crust forms on top.
- Blueberry: 200 g
- Walnuts: 20 g
7
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
- Powdered sugar: 1 teaspoon
