Dumplings with minced meat are crispy, golden pouches made from Armenian lavash filled with a fragrant mixture of juicy beef and sweet bell peppers. Their roots trace back to European cuisine, where simplicity and flavor come together in exquisite balance. The dumplings have a rich, slightly spicy taste thanks to black pepper, and frying in oil gives them an appetizing golden crust. They are perfect as an appetizer or main dish and can also be a great addition to a festive table. This dish combines the comfort of home cooking with a memorable flavor.
