Oatmeal with poppy seeds, raisins, and sunflower seeds is a cozy breakfast with hints of traditional Russian cuisine. The origins of this dish go back centuries when oats were a staple in Russia. Poppy adds a delicate nutty note, while raisins contribute natural sweetness for a harmonious flavor. Sunflower seeds provide a crunchy texture that complements the softness of the oatmeal. This dish is not only nutritious and warming on cold days but also perfect for a comfortable morning start. The aroma of cinnamon reveals the richness of the ingredients, while pear strips add freshness. The porridge is ideal for those who appreciate a balance of flavors and textures and care about their health as it is rich in fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats.
