Oat bars with honey, dried fruits, and nuts are not only delicious but also a healthy treat from Russian cuisine. This dessert combines crunchy oats, fragrant honey, rich dried fruits, and nuts, creating a rich texture and balance of sweetness. They are easy to make and perfect for active people.

The manipulations in preparation are minimal. We mix flakes, dried fruits, nuts, and seeds in a bowl. Separately, we heat the honey until it becomes very liquid and mix it with vegetable oil. We pour the resulting mixture over the flakes.
- Dried fruits: 200 g
- Oat flakes: 200 g
- Nuts: 100 g
- Honey: 50 g
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Line a small square or rectangular baking tray with parchment paper or simply grease it with vegetable oil. Add the flakes and press down well. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes — until golden brown.

In the end, you should have such a 'pie' made of muesli. It needs to cool completely. Then take it out of the mold and cut it into long rectangles. One end of the bar can be wrapped in paper for easy eating.
