Cottage cheese pancakes with vanilla sugar are a delicate and aromatic dish of Ukrainian cuisine, loved in many families. Their history roots back to the traditions of village baking where cottage cheese was the main ingredient. The pancakes have a soft, airy texture with a crispy golden crust, and vanilla sugar adds a subtle sweet note. They pair perfectly with sour cream, jam or honey, creating a harmony of flavors. Due to their nutritious composition, they are suitable for a hearty breakfast or dessert, filling the morning with coziness and warmth. This simple yet elegant dish can be adapted by adding dried fruits or chocolate. Fried to a golden crust, they evoke childhood and home comfort, turning an ordinary day into something special.
